Welcome to the finale and conversation with Petra Dalström at gallery cozmo!
The exhibition "Hölje, skal" (Shell, Envelope) will close on Thursday, February 12. You are invited to join us and meet the artist in a conversation about the materials.
It is obvious, when we see Petra's work, that materials are central to her artistry. In her “construction” of widely different materials, she explores their sensual, poetic and not least functional properties. Petra says this about her relationship with materials:
- "I also build with the words that come with the material – porcelain, mahogany or grass – whatever it IS is as much in the idea of a material, or the memories surrounding a material. It kind of follows, like a scent perhaps?”
The gallery is open from 14 pm to 18 pm. The conversation begins at 18 pm and we offer drinks and snacks.
