About the program:
From Bach's dramatic Stilus phantasticus and dancing chorales to Nyman's rhythmic minimalism – “Bach, Mostly”: three centuries of organ music.

Artist Biography:
Johannes Skoog is one of Sweden's most established organists. He was educated in Stockholm, Stuttgart and at the Paris Conservatory, where he was awarded the institution's highest graduation grade. In 2024 he won the Canadian International Organ Competition and was appointed by HM the King as Court Organist.

About the concert series:
The Klosterklang concert series is organized by the Sankt Peters Kloster parish in collaboration with Sensus. The Klosterklang concert series started in January 2024. One Friday a month, you are invited to a concert to end the work week and start the weekend with a moment of sonorous music under the inviting vaults of the Klosterkyrkan.
