“Be yourself.” – it is said. But what is it? To be who you feel yourself to be? To be your wild self? To not inhibit your innermost impulses?

In a musical theater journey, Suzanna Santrac and musician Caroline Leander invite you to a performance that moves between the personal and the universal, where humor, vulnerability, and existential depth meet life with ADHD.

The music and colors guide, the inner critic whispers and the exuberant energy has no end.

A performance for those of you with a diagnosis. Without a diagnosis. Or on the way to a diagnosis?!

After each performance, we invite you to an open conversation about life with ADHD, where we discuss treatment, relationships, and everyday challenges and strengths. The audience can ask questions and share their own experiences in a moment of recognition and understanding, without filters.

• Wed 26/11: Inger Blennow, doctor & Staffan Wester, psychologist and musician.
• Sun 30/11: Lena Nylander, doctor with experience of adults with ADHD, Mathias Wellander Löfgren, filmmaker with a diagnosis of ADHD.
• Tue 2/12: Conversation with Attention Lund focusing on personal stories. Susanne Jonsson: Late diagnosis of ADHD and experiences of not being seen by healthcare and Veronica Terning: Diagnosis as an adult after lifelong difficulties.
