When darkness descends and the winter cold sets in, Svanholm Singers invites you to a Christmas concert filled with light, warmth and music.
As a recurring tradition, the ensemble lets singing meet text reading and poetry – a meeting that gives the concert both depth and presence. The program includes beloved Christmas carols such as Silent Night and Veni Emmanuel, works that have become strongly associated with the Svanholm Singers' Christmas concerts, side by side with newly composed music and traditional songs in new arrangements.
With their Christmas concerts, Svanholm Singers wants to offer a moment beyond stress and must-do's - an opportunity to stop, catch your breath and make room for stillness and reflection.
