Get in the Christmas spirit with us at Hemgården on Sunday, November 30th. We are open in our café between 14:00 PM and 17:00 PM.

We are also pleased to announce that photographer Selma Rosenfeldt is opening her photo exhibition with us.
Selma Rosenfeld is a Swedish photographer based in Skåne. She works primarily with music photography and documents underground music such as punk, metal and hardcore. The bands, the concerts and not least the audience are in focus.
Her work draws on the aesthetic of classic music photography from the 1980s and 90s, drawing inspiration from photographers such as Glen E. Friedman and Mick Rock. Rosenfeld's images are characterized by strong colors and intense flash lighting, creating a raw, honest, and energetic feel.
Bare and realistic are the watchwords of Rosenfeld's work. She approaches concerts from both a documentary and an artistic perspective, where she seeks to capture the intense energy that arises in the encounter between music and audience. Her artistic vision means that she not only captures the moments, but also illustrates how they actually feel. She believes that concerts give people a euphoria that is difficult to find in other contexts, and this produces very special images.

Selma Rosenfeld has studied at Östra Grevie Folk High School's creative photography program (2024–2025) and has exhibited at Konstfrämjandet and Hangaren in Malmö and here at Hemgården (2024). She is currently studying for a bachelor's degree in media and communication science at Malmö University.
