Inauguration: The newly decorated Dean's House

Welcome to the inauguration of Dean's House second floor, where we have recreated a 1500th century vicarage. During the day, Kulturen's staff will talk about various aspects of the design of our medieval environments, both completed and upcoming work. You can take a tour of the vicarage if you book a ticket (advance booking only), and you can visit our mini-medieval market.

Inside Kulturen stands a 700-year-old stone house. The house, called the Dean's House, was once part of a larger farm located on the northern part of Kyrkogatan, here in Lund.

The public rooms of the house have long been open to visitors, but now we are inaugurating the 2nd floor, which has been decorated as a priest's private chamber.
