In the head of Johan Ingelmo is a lecture and story about addiction in combination with mental illness. Johan was diagnosed with Tourette's syndrome as a young man. Later in life also a bipolar diagnosis. Johan has for most of his life fought against addiction, mainly alcohol but also periods but severe tablet addiction/abuse. Using drugs or alcohol when you have this problem is not recommended. When Johan has been drinking, which he has done a large part of, it often has serious consequences. When he takes the first glass, anything can happen. It has done with that. His life has fallen apart in stages in life. But today he feels well and wants to share his experiences and his life. A journey from the late 70s onwards.
Telling yourself you want to make a change is one thing. But moving from thought to action is another matter.
