A warm welcome to the opening and book release on Saturday, April 5th, 12-16 pm at Galleri Kliger at Klostergatan 11 in Lund!
Hope we see you there!
Humans are particularly good at two things – thinking and making tools. We think out of the box, build things, invent and make the most of them. We can see traces of human activity everywhere; pyramids and plastic bottles, skyscrapers and graffiti, tops and Kardashians. Artifacts left behind are everywhere. A lot of matter accumulates in human habitats.
We want so much and don't always think that far ahead. Some of us take up a lot of space, others are not noticeable at all. But we are all looking for our own habitat, our place in life. And we all imprint and shape the place we are a part of, consciously and unconsciously.
Human Habitats is a friendly look at humans and some of their habitats. A look at the beauty in the ugly, at the soft in the hard. And at what it can be like to be in the world.
