TODAY'S SHOW
1:00 PM: Fossil and geology show
The most well-known fossils are dinosaurs, but there are fossils of almost all types of animals and plants. Together with a paleontologist at Lund University, we look at different fossils - some of them are several hundred million years old! We also learn about how the world has changed over the millions of years, about volcanoes and continental plates, and get some geological excursion tips around Scania.
3:00 PM: Air & Water Show
Join our students as they perform a show about air and water! What happens to a marshmallow in a vacuum or a balloon in liquid nitrogen? And what does a cloud feel like? You will experience that and much more in our Air and Water Show.
TODAY'S THEME: Fossil for the curious
Try out different experiments and activities on the theme of fossils and geology. Can you identify all the fossils in our excavation boxes? Or make a squirming T-Rex?
Theme activities and shows are included in the entrance ticket.
