Free Sports Holiday Judo for beginners, children and young people aged 7-14!
Judo is fitness, motor skills, coordination and strength.
Sweden has had great success in judo, most recently with Tara Babulfath's Olympic bronze in 2024.
Try judo and learn some of the basics of judo, meet new friends and have fun on the mat! No prior knowledge is required, everyone is welcome.
