Sports are an important arena for creating role models and conveying values. Lund Municipality, together with RF-SISU Skåne, invites you to a lecture with researcher Daniel Alsarve, where the focus is on what leaders, coaches and parents can do to create strong teams and safe environments.
Daniel Alsarve highlights how norms, language and leadership can affect performance, community and well-being. Using concrete examples from Swedish sports, he provides new perspectives on sports, masculinity and relationships – without pointing fingers and with a focus on practical solutions.
Before and after the lecture, there is an opportunity to meet administrators from the culture and leisure administration and representatives from RF-SISU Skåne.
We offer coffee. The lecture is free of charge but registration is required. Link to registration: Good role models, safe environments and masculinity norms in sports
