Heard of FRG?
Do you want to make a difference when needed?
Do you want to be part of something bigger?
Are you one of those who feel that you want to make a contribution and assist with help in the event of, for example, forest fires, floods, oil spills or other events that affect our society at large, but also affect the individual, and where extra resources - big or small – is needed?
By joining the Volunteer Resource Group (FRG), you can not only make a positive impact on your community, but also be prepared for any crises and challenges that may arise. As part of FRG, you become an important resource in municipal crisis preparedness, with the opportunity to support and help your fellow human beings in times of need.
If you want to know more, come and meet us during the Preparedness Week. We will be on site in the same tent as FAK on 28/9 at 11-14 at Mårtenstorget in Lund.
Active within Lund's Civil Defense and FRG will be on site and talk about the operations and our trainings as well as talk about the crisis box and how you can prepare in the best way.
When you become a resource in an FRG, you undergo basic training that covers 36 hours. In it, you are trained in first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, meeting people in crisis, organizing spontaneous volunteers and food knowledge
MSB pays for the local FRG basic education through assignment funds to Sweden's Civil Defense Association.

We start a new training as early as 2/10.
