Welcome to Research Day 2024!
This is a popular science event where the public is invited to hear researchers present current research on various themes, with lectures, films, talks and hands-on activities. This year's theme is "Chromosomes and Culture - On the Importance of Sex for Health" and will be about how biological sex and gender affect various aspects of health and disease.
Scientifically responsible are Trine Apostolaki-Hansson and Christine Kremer. Moderator is Lars Mogensen.
The event lasts between 14.30 and 18.00, but we hold an open house with stations and try-on activities between 13.30 and 14.30.
The event is free of charge but requires advance registration. Registration is open until October 28 (but may close earlier if places are filled).
