Smartphone Free Childhood is a non-profit organization and part of a global movement that advocates for responsible and balanced technology use among children, with a focus on smartphones. We provide a platform for parents who want to delay the introduction of smartphones and give their children a longer, safer, and healthier childhood.
During the lecture we will learn more about: �
* Screen as a screen? – Review of the technological shift, technical function and purpose, and the difference between smartphones and other digital devices.

* How screen use affects children's brains, health and development - A compilation of the latest research.

* What risks are children exposed to through smartphone use – Linked to children's brain development and abilities.

* Recommendations and how parents can agree on common guidelines – Reduces pressure on both children and adults.
