Welcome to viewing!
In 1967, approximately 3,600 tin figures were donated to Kulturen in Lund. These were later erected to depict the Battle of Lützen in what is now Germany. The final diorama shows a snapshot of the battle on November 6, 1632.
The diorama has been resting in the Culture Museum's collections for several years, but is now being exhibited again, as a temporary feature of the permanent exhibition. Weapons – Power over lifeFollow our guide Ola Främby, and hear the story of the diorama's creation.
