Daniel Romano's Outfit is the Canadian, mysterious indie rock band known for their intense and unpredictable live performances. The band is led by Daniel Romano and consists of Carson McHone, Tommy Major, Ian Ski Romano and sound engineer Kenneth Roy Meehan. Together they form a musical collective with a reputation for delivering pure magic on stage. In August they will be visiting Mejeriet together with American singer-songwriter Carson McHone.

The Outfit has visited some of the world's biggest festivals, including Bonnaroo, Azkena Rock Fest, End of the Road and Roskilde - and left a strong impression wherever they played.
In 2020, the band released several acclaimed albums, including a collaboration with Tool drummer Danny Carey on the epic work Forever Love's Fool. The same year also saw the acclaimed project Daniel Romano's Outfit Do (What Could Have Been) Infidels By Bob Dylan & the Plugz, a punk interpretation inspired by Bob Dylan's legendary Letterman performance in 1984 with the LA band The Plugz.
The following year came Cobra Poems, a rock'n'roll album with attitude mixed with their unique signature sound, where the single Nocturne Child is a perfect example of the band's explosive energy.
But it was in 2022 that they really took off. With the ambitious and atmospheric album The Moon the band showed its full breadth and artistic weight:

Daniel Romano's Outfit refuses to be pigeonholed. With each release, they push the boundaries of what rock music can be and create their own world, far beyond genres and expectations.
Carson McHone is a singer-songwriter from Austin, Texas, whose international breakthrough came with Carousel (2018), produced by Mike McCarthy (Spoon, Patty Griffin).
In 2022, McHone released the album Still Life (Merge Records/Loose Music), recorded with producer and musician Daniel Romano. She toured extensively in North America and Europe and also began collaborating with Daniel Romano's Outfit – both live and in the studio.
McHone has since recorded three albums with The Outfit: Cobra Poems (2022) The Moon (2023) as well Too Hot To Sleep (2024), as well as a digital EP, Camera Varda Variations (2022)
Her latest EP ODES (2024) is a collection of carefully selected covers, recorded with members of The Outfit. A new full-length album is planned for fall 2025.
