Welcome to a tasting with Maria Escalante, chocolate expert and co-owner of the chocolate factory Hedh-Escalante Chocolatier. Maria leads the tasting of chocolate pieces from eight different countries. We get to taste dark chocolate from Mexico, Madagascar, Brazil, Venezuela, Tanzania, Sao Thomé, Ecuador and milk chocolate from Java.
In the chocolate tasting box, there is also a folder with information about the different types of chocolate and space for your own notes about your taste experiences. The box is for two people and is made by Hedh-Escalante Chocolatier, which produces high-quality chocolate in Lund. Contains milk and soy.
