After sold-out houses at all champagne tastings, it is now time for Peter Brobäck to present another well-known house, Ayala.
Over 2 km long cellars in calcareous soil, 2.5 million bottles in storage and a very own philosophy, that's Ayala! The house was founded in 1860 by Edmond de Ayala and has been family-owned until 2005. From the very beginning, they set the standard for this house and throughout the 1900th century they supplied their champagne to all of Europe, including some of the courts. After some setbacks in the 2000s, the house bought Bollinger Ayala and now it is back to its former glory. We will try three fantastic wines from Ayala this evening. Honor the Essence!
