Welcome to Brown Bag Lunches, the conversation series where we delve into what is the core of the museum – the creative process! Together with exciting and inspiring guests from different backgrounds, we curiously try to understand what their creative processes look like. During the conversation, you can enjoy a delicious lunch from restaurant and café På Skissernas.
Linda Spåman, born in 1976, is a writer, artist, illustrator and set designer. Spåman is a trained textile artist and moves freely between literature, visual arts, performing arts and performance. She has written several acclaimed graphic novels, including Misslyckat säjmmord i Mölndals bro , Brf Ensamheten and Äkta Spåman , where humor, blackness, mystery and existential questions often come together. Spåman has also worked as a set designer for several performances, including at Gothenburg City Theatre, and is active as an illustrator, performance artist and fortune teller. Her graphic novel Ett år av apocalyptiskt tänkänna was nominated for the August Prize 2025 and solidified her position as one of Sweden's most distinctive narrative voices. She is currently working on a book with the working title "Lose Weight in 30000 Years!" And the title may be the most important thing of all.
