At this concert with connections to Odeum's instrument exhibition at the Historical Museum, the first of two this spring, we have invited Mime Brinkmann for a solo recital where, among other things, parts of Johann Sebastian Bach's cello suites take center stage as well as French dances from the Viole Gambs Book collection preserved in Lund.
Mime Brinkmann was educated in Tokyo and The Hague with soloist diplomas in both cello, baroque cello and viola da gamba – one of our country's foremost specialists in historical performance practice.
