During Strong Streets week, eight unique installations/furniture will be on display at Lilla Fiskaregatan, designed by architects and designers through a competition in the spring. During the week, Lund residents can vote for their favorite piece of furniture, and the winner will be announced this afternoon!
The hour begins with short presentations of the eight pieces of furniture, each with a unique idea behind how it looks and is built. The prize is then awarded to the winner by Gunilla Kronvall, operations manager at Lund Citysamverkan, together with three people from the competition jury: Mariola Lewin, Paulssons Fastigheter, David Andréen, Lund University and Johan Gomér, Lund Municipality.
This event is part of Lund City Strong Streets, an arrangement where we jointly lift the streets around Lilla Fiskaregatan for a week. and Klostergatan.
