Eat sustainably

Most people know that what we eat has an impact on our health, but how can we ensure that the food is sustainable for our health and our environment?

Anna Stubbendorff is a PhD student in medicine in Lund and participates in Lund University's research school Agenda 2030. She investigates how, with the help of a suggested diet, one can both be more environmentally sustainable and prevent diet-related chronic diseases such as cancer or cardiovascular diseases.
