Digital in Lund: APP-graded joy and health

Come and learn about how apps and other digital services can help you have a richer life with social encounters, movement and energy! Take part in exciting research on the subject, get tips on apps and much more.

Digital in Lund is a collaboration between the Public Libraries in Lund and Meeting Points for Seniors in Lund Municipality. Free admission, no pre-registration required.

Our program will include:

13:00 Panel discussion

Games, research and community: different perspectives on digital technology and health. In the panel:

• Magnus Dahlberg, senior E-sports practitioner and team captain of the Counter-Strike team Silver Legends.
• Fredrika Thelandersson, who researches healthy aging in a digital world at Lund University.
• Johan Broddfelt, founder of Citypolarna – a platform for exciting activities and social community.

14:00 We show three digital hidden gems

• Nature Map – your guide to nature
• Digital city walks with Visit Lund
• New Digital Meeting Point – activities for seniors

13-15:30 Mass

Throughout the afternoon you can visit our fair. Discover digital paths to movement, socializing, culture and joy. SeniorNet Lund provides support on digital issues. Try VR & games with the daily activities UnIkT.
