NEVER ALONE SHOW – A show that saves lives
Charlie Eriksson is an award-winning entrepreneur and founder of the non-profit organization Aldrig Ensam. Axel Schylström is one of Sweden's foremost artists, songwriters & lecturers.
In the Never Alone Show, together they lift the lid on mental illness - one of the most taboo things out there. 2 hours of music, humor and poignant monologues make this complicated subject less charged and more manageable.
In the performance, the audience gets to share Charlie & Axel's personal experiences with mental illness. We follow Charlie through the suicide attempt that led to ventilator care - and on his journey back to life again. Axel leaves no one untouched when he shares his life story: The accident that almost cost him his life, the road back - and the difficult life as one of Sweden's worst burn victims.
Charlie and Axel's poignant, but nevertheless hopeful life stories - combined with intimate musical numbers, visual effects and a large dose of humor - create a show that captivates, educates and provides memories for a lifetime.
