The event is held in English.
Welcome to a lunch event where we highlight sustainability research and what sustainable food can look like in practice. During the lunch, we celebrate Anna Stubbendorff, recipient of Lund University's Agenda 2030 Prize 2026. The prize is a recognition of her research that shows how climate-friendly diets can benefit both the environment and our long-term health.
A sustainable lunch is served in line with the EAT-Lancet diet – precisely the type of climate-friendly diet that Anna Stubbendorff has researched.
The topic of sustainable food often arouses both engagement and questions, which is why we set aside extra time for conversation. After the ceremony, Anna will stay for an in-depth Q&A session, where there is an opportunity to ask questions and discuss further.
During the ceremony itself, Anna Stubbendorff will give a short speech. Zhiyong Wu and Niklas Warlin, who were awarded honorary mentions, will also participate and briefly talk about their research.
