Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our butler, ready to take you on an evening where every detail has been thought through. The evening begins with flavors from the Negroni Bar, before we lead you through our rooms – each with its own character and anecdote.

From Hypoteket's famous kitchen, we have created a tasting journey that allows you to discover the best of what we love to cook and serve. Inspired by Skåne's rich soils, vast fields and the salty winds of the coast, we have let the season's best ingredients guide our menu. Autumn invites you to rich, spicy tones and slow cooking that warms you from the inside out - with forest mushrooms, flavorful game, root vegetables in earthy shades and seasonal apples and pears in the lead role. The flavors that have shaped the region's culinary heritage for centuries meet our own interpretation of modern gastronomy.
Our sommeliers have carefully selected wines that not only enhance the flavors, but also carry their own stories, which we will of course share with you during the evening.
