Rib roast with crispy skin, apple compote with ginger, red cabbage, sky sauce, roasted potatoes

Tuesday

Cabanoss on beef, mashed potatoes, onion sauce, fried onions, mustard, cress

Wednesday

Pan-fried steak, cream sauce, boiled potatoes, pickles, lingonberries, carrots cooked in broth

Thursday

Klostergatan's stew in a pan, mustard cream, pickled beets, fried egg, cornichons

Friday

Veal Tri-tip, potato gratin, green beans, baked garlic, pickled red onion, red wine sauce
